About Sue
The fascination with the human body and spirit has been Sue's lifelong pursuit. After spending many years in various athletic endeavors and martial arts, she was introduced to yoga in 1998, which gave her the balance she needed. As an educator, Sue leads yoga teacher training at the 200 and 300-hour levels to help students to deepen their practice and self-knowledge. She provides private sessions in Thai Yoga bodywork, private or small group sessions with all experience levels, workshops, corporate yoga, yoga retreats, and special events. She loves working with students one-on-one, and with her years of experience, she is able to tailor each session to each student's needs. Her teaching style is creative and playful while mindfully guiding her students to reach their fullest potential and meet them where they are.
